The workforce of RSM Italy is made up from professionals gifted with a specific experience in every sector of business to be at a national and international level, thanks to the network in which the company is part of. For this, it is considered essential and it is constantly checking the development of the workforce through the reaching of measurable objectives and the possibility of enacting this experience overseas. RSM Italy’s strong point is expressed in a continuous development with the co-operation between the new employees and the skilled colleagues and with the sharing of knowledge within the work group.

The course of RSM Italy’s professional growth is thought of in various stages:

Assistant: developing of business support in the single area of balance sheets co-ordinated by a Senior;

Skilled Senior: responsible for the co-ordination of the work team, actively participating in the auditing activities through the detection of problems which emerge during the execution of the activities and in the resolution of the same problems on the basis of company policies;

Supervisor: responsible worker charged with the audit and co-ordination of their own team members, as well as the management of the audit process contributing the strategies which have been agreed with the manager and the partner;

Manager: responsible for the audit activities according to company policies. Furthermore they have the duty of managing clients and to form their own team;

Partner: responsible for being charged with the audit, particularly of the business sector and clients and for the planning of the audit strategy with the team.

Secondment Formation: The manner of the professional growth of RSM Italy offers the possibility of Secondment formation, that can be done with the associates of the international Network RSM
International. The Senior and Assistant Managers have the right to the possibility of overseas work experience where it is possible to increase their own technical knowledge, broaden their horizons and
obtain a more complete and international point of view of the profession and of legal auditing. The experience offers the advantage of developing their own skills as well as professional and linguistic abilities to provide the solid basis from which to develop the future work of the business.
The last secondments were in New York and Melbourne.
